Have you ever wondered how to tell our elephants apart? Are you curious about new animals and babies the zoo has? Why do we display some animals together in mixed species exhibits and others with just their own species? Then a guided walking tour may be just the thing for you!
Led by one of our trained docent volunteers or staff members, these guided walking tours will provide you with fun and interesting facts about the zoo and are led by staff or volunteers who are intimately familiar with the zoo.
Guided tours are available weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm CT but special weekend requests can be accommodated. Contact Whitney Buchman, Curator of Education at (620) 276-1250 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your guided walking tour today! Tours are recommended for groups of less than 25 individuals or fewer.
