While many wild waterfowl and other native species visit the pond, the trumpeter swans are the only permanent zoo residents. 

A nature trail on the edge of the pond leads you from one end of the pond to the other. 

Keep your eye out for migrating birds as well as our native neighbors such as rabbits and squirrels.
